Vicente Navarro is a musician and actor from Madrid with roots in La Mancha whose music moves between Spanish and Latin American folklore and urban and electronic music. In 2019 he released his first album ‘Casi tierra’, which obtained a great repercussion with tracks such as ‘En el río’, ‘Esternón’ or ‘Un llanto’. Their live performance was selected as a recommended show by Redescena.
After publishing two collaborations in 2022 (‘Marchar’ with Rodrigo Cuevas and ‘La juventud’ with Karmento), Vicente Navarro publishes ‘Las manos’, his second album, with which he consolidates himself as one of the referents of the current neofolk.
This last work has been very well received by the public and critics, being recognized as one of the albums of the year by media such as MondoSonoro or Jenesaispop. Vicente Navarro has received four nominations in the 2023 Independent Music Awards, highlighting ‘Best Emerging Artist’ and ‘Best Roots Music Album’.
