MIL focuses on the discovery, promotion, valorization and internationalization of today’s popular music.

The MIL Festival is an international music festival and convention whose objective is to promote popular and contemporary music from Portuguese-speaking countries, with the aim of increasing international awareness and recognition.

Focused specifically on the Luso-phonic music market, MIL aims to be a platform for international exchange consisting of two types of programs, the PRO program reserved for both national and international music industry professionals and the ARTISTIC PROGRAM open to the general public that consolidates the live music component of the festival by combining Portuguese-speaking artists and their international counterparts.

Sounds From Spain is present in this Portuguese market through a showcase with 3 artists/bands, as well as a networking activity for the companies representing them.
